Pre-sale products and shipping delays

For pre-sale products, please note that the estimated shipping time provided may be delayed due to unforeseen logistics issues. These delays may result in a later shipping date than initially expected.

Shipping orders

We usually process your order within 3 working days. Any important information related to your order will be sent to you via email.

Free shipping

All orders from Lancress stores are eligible for free shipping. We strive to ship from local warehouses to ensure both free shipping and tax exemption.

Delivery Time

EU Express:
Electric Bikes: DPD / UPS (delivery takes 3-7 working days)
Other accessories or batteries: YunExpress / DHL / UPS (usually shipped from China warehouse, delivery takes 15-20 days)

Delivery Address

It is essential to provide a complete and correct address. We cannot change your delivery address once your shipment is ready or your order has been shipped.

If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by you or your agent, we will contact you immediately to make corrections and resend your package at an additional shipping cost.

Please provide a daytime telephone number on each order. Sometimes packages are returned to Lancress as undeliverable. When a carrier returns an undeliverable package to Lancress, please contact Lancress Customer Service to negotiate a resend.

We deliver free of charge to the following countries:

Europe: UK (not Northern Ireland), France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Russia, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Romania, Finland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Latvia, Estonia, Bulgaria, Poland, Luxembourg, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Belarus, Hungary, Croatia, Austria, Greece, Australia.

Some remote and island areas may not be delivered, please contact us to confirm before placing an order.

Accessories can be delivered free of charge worldwide.

Delivery Tracking

All orders of our products are trackable. To track a delivery, simply enter your order number (provided in the order confirmation email) on our delivery service provider website ( https://www.17track.net/ ).

Receipt and Signature

All deliveries require a personal signature at the delivery address. Our delivery service provider will notify you in advance of any deliveries that require a signature.

Additional Delivery Attempts

If the first delivery attempt fails, our delivery service provider will make at least one additional attempt to deliver the products in your order.

Product Range

If your products have not been delivered after multiple delivery attempts, the delivery service provider will leave a card at your address with instructions on how to collect the products and the time limit for collection.

Delivery Problems

If you experience any problems with delivery, please contact us using the contact details provided on our website or as otherwise notified by us. If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your product and the delivery failure is due to your error and you do not collect the product within the specified time limit, we may consider arranging a re-delivery. However, please note that even if the initial delivery is free of charge, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual cost of re-delivery. The following are some of the circumstances that may result in a failed delivery and may be your responsibility:

(a) the delivery address/telephone number provided is incorrect or incomplete;

(b) the delivery address provided is incorrect;

(c) the delivery address is not reasonably accessible;

(d) the delivery address cannot be safely reached;

(e) if personal collection is not required, there is no safe way to leave the product at the delivery address and no one is available to accept the delivery;

(f) if personal collection is required, no one is available at the delivery address to accept the delivery and provide a signature.
